All our offers include a number of dedicated support hours that are pre-paid and valid for 12 months. Dedicated support hours that are not consumed over the 12 months period are then used for Orthanc community work (development, support or documentation).

Please also note that Orthanc being an open-source software developed by multiple parties, we are not liable for any defect that you would encounter. If you want/need a bug to be fixed or a new feature, please, be prepared to be the one to pay for it or wait until someone else does.
